Reserve your vendor space for the Mt. Hood Lions Club Field Day on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Mt. Hood Lions Clubhouse in Welches.
Field Day is a brand-new community celebration featuring family games, activities, live entertainment, food, and local vendors. This is a great opportunity to showcase your products, connect with mountain residents and visitors, and help us build Mt. Hood’s newest summer tradition.
Vendor Information
- Vendor Fee: $20 (with a 5% processing fee)
- Vendor Setup: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM
- Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Vendor Spaces: First come, first served
We’re looking for vendors offering handcrafted goods, artwork, home décor, jewelry, gifts, plants, baked goods, specialty foods, produce, and other unique products. To complement our event concessions, space for food vendors is limited.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and any other equipment needed for their booth.
Whether you’re an established business or just getting started, we’d love to have you join us for a fun day of community, shopping, and family-friendly activities.
